Beautiful Autumn weather greeted about 30 people who visited our little patch last weekend for a farm tour organized by Upper Shoalhaven Landcare. The tour was part of Braidwood's biannual Two Fires Festival, a long weekend of arts and activism which honors the spirit of famous poet and former local, the late Judith Wright.
A highlight of the morning was a welcome to country ceremony by Budawang Elder, Noel Butler. Very fitting seeing as we sit right at the base of Mount Budawang, the highest peak of the range.
